Nanny Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience as a professional nanny 
• 3 verifiable childcare, business, educational references. 
• High school graduate
• Driver's License with a good record
• Ability to make a 1-year commitment (for long-term position) 
• U.S. work authorization
• CPR and first aid certified (prior to start date) 

Preferred Qualifications (one or more): 

• College degree in early childhood education or some other child related field
•  Ability to speak another  language 
• Nutritional knowledge
• Newborn care specialist
• Pediatric nurse

After a phone interview, we will schedule a face-to-face interview with a placement specialist to discuss your childcare experience, qualifications, work history, job preferences and availability. A background check will be conducted.
